Primary Dental Rockingham

Primary Dental came to my rescue, after cracking a tooth. Available on a Saturday!!. They we fantastic with me. I have a major fear of dentists. I have been coming ever since. Leonie at reception always greets me like an old friend. I feel well looked after.You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Yuen is the Best. He will only recommend the most cost effective treatment as a minimalist approach to aid with my affordability. Plus his gentle touch and experience puts me at ease each time I visit him. Leonine in reception is also great and wonderfully helpful. Thank you everyone at Primary Dental Rockingham.

By far the best dental practice I’ve ever been to.From the minute you walk in the door at reception,the nurses and the amazing Dr Yuen,nothing is too much trouble here,staff go above and beyond first class treatment and care.

I had not been to see a dentist in 8 years and I was very nervous and anxious.But from the friendly ladies in reception to Dr Binita Patel giving me reassurance that I would do fine did a lot to actually get me through the process. (filling and cleaning)Thank you so much ladies I appreciate the support. I would definitely recommend Primary Dental Rockingham to anyone who needs to see a dentist.

I called every Dentist in Rockingham today and nearly all were fully booked out. And then I called this Dentist. I was super happy they were able to put me in this afternoon. The receptionist was very polite and respectful on the phone. The wait time wasn't too long and was pleasantly surprised to get my filling done without a local. All in all I will be returning to this Dentist. Staff were fantastic.

Where’s the 10 star review??!Dr Yuen is the best in the game. Made me feel so comfortable, always checked in seeing if I was ok and only did what was needed instead of looking for an extra buck like many other dentists. Even his assistant and the receptionist were amazing! So kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend ☺️

Today was my first dentist appointment In 10 years. I was so nervous but I honestly had nothing to worry about. All of the staff were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I did the check up & clean for new patients, $199 deal (It was actually covered fully by private health). This included an X-ray. I was happy they didn’t use any local anaesthetic as I’m not a fan of needles. The process was actually quite painless. Anytime I did feel some discomfort, the dentist stopped and gave me a moment to relax before continuing. They kept checking in with me to see if I was ok.This was exactly what I needed, a good clean & checkup & to feel completely comfortable back in the chair after so long.
